We do not accept returns or exchanges for any products. All sales are final.

However, if you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we are here to help.

Damages & Issues

• Please inspect your order upon delivery.

• An unboxing video of the received item is required to process any damage claims.

• Once verified, we will provide instructions on how we can resolve the issue, which may include sending a replacement item.

Cancellations

• You can cancel your order before it is shipped.

• Once the order is shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Refunds

• We do not provide refunds for any items.

• In the case of a verified damaged or incorrect item, we will work with you to replace the product or resolve the issue.
