1. Order Processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Once your order is processed, you will receive a confirmation email with shipping details.

2. Shipping Methods and Delivery Times

We deliver only within India using our trusted courier partner Shiprocket:

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

  • Free shipping is available on hijab hampers above ₹1,500.

  • Please ensure you provide a complete and correct shipping address to avoid delays.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via WhatsApp and/or email.

  • You can also track your order on the Shiprocket tracking page.

  • Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after receiving the tracking number.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order.

  • ModernVeils is not responsible for lost or delayed packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

  • If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us immediately at modernveilss@gmail.com.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

  • If your package is lost or damaged during shipping, contact us immediately at modernveilss@gmail.com.

  • We will work with the courier to resolve the issue and, if approved, replace the item or provide assistance according to our Return/Refund Policy.
